Cancellation Policy | CaliberMD

Your appointment time at CALIBERMD is reserved specifically for you. Because our visit slots are limited and in high demand, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. This fee is not covered by insurance and will be charged to the card on file.

No-shows, appointments missed without any cancellation or prior contact with our office, will be charged a $100 no-show fee and will result in a 30-day reschedule hold, meaning you will not be eligible to book a new appointment for that visit for 30 days.

We completely understand that life happens. If you have an unexpected emergency, please reach out to us directly and we'll do our best to work with you.
